About the Role: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior National Account Manager to support our growing portfolio of large clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop account management skills in a fast-paced marketing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and motivated to provide top-notch service while learning the ins and outs of campaign management, client relationships, and marketing strategy.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of client marketing campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage the upload of suppression lists and oversee delivery of custom reporting, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct and review match-back analysis, synthesizing performance insights and identifying optimization opportunities beyond standard dashboards.
  • Act as the client advocate—following up on pending approvals, identifying blockers, and ensuring campaigns stay on track.
  • Send strategic pre-campaign communications to location-level contacts, including tips and readiness reminders to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Confirm campaign delivery to USPS and proactively communicate updates, particularly for franchise or decentralized systems.
  • Escalate campaign concerns to internal stakeholders and leadership, offering solutions and aligning teams to keep programs moving forward.
  • Guide clients through the implementation and use of tracking and ROI tools, including manual data support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Analytics, Strategy, and Creative teams to meet specialized reporting needs and uncover growth opportunities for client accounts.
     

Requirements

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or marketing support (internships or entry-level roles count).
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Report to: Key National Account Manager

Location: Marietta, GA (Hybrid after initial successful 30 days in office)
