Reports to: Community Manager
Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal and assisting with general upkeep and maintenance tasks to support efficient property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including pool, laundry, mail, and recreation areas
- Perform routine landscaping: raking, sweeping, blowing, and trash removal
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance (e.g., windows, doors, painting, lock changes)
- Assist with apartment “make-ready” tasks and trash-outs
- Ensure safety by reporting hazards and following proper procedures
- Support team with physical tasks and distribute resident communications
- Follow all company policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, FCRA, etc.)
Requirements
- Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction.
- Predictable and regular attendance and ability to report to work on time are required.
