Building Industry Partner's portfolio, Endeavor Fire Protection is seeking a talented Director of Marketing to join the holding company team.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of fire protection companies. This role requires a hands-on digital market leader with a proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital marketing within a multi-company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support B2B business growth across all portfolio companies.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s vision and values.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to increase online presence and engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products and services, drive customer acquisition, and retain existing customers.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Partnerships and Events: Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role. Experience in the fire protection, construction or related industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms). Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of branding, market research, and competitive analysis. Familiarity with the fire protection industry and construction landscape is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and make data-driven decisions. Creative, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
