Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the necessary resources for a fast and accurate costing and quotation process for Spare Parts, Wear Parts, and Rebuilds in the PCV product line.
- Ensure close collaboration with the Procurement, Sales, and other teams within the OH&EX VP organization.
- Receive, review, and register customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation) in the ERP system.
- Evaluate and identify the scope and risks associated with each RFQ.
- Prepare proposals for Spare Parts, Wear Parts, and U&R offerings for assigned customers, in line with the company's pricing policy.
- Gather historical data on lead times and costs required to prepare accurate proposals.
- Monitor and report deviations in KPI results for each customer (e.g., Order Intake, Margin Contribution, Win Rate, etc.).
- Follow up on issued proposals and record the outcomes in the ERP/CRM systems.
- Report proposal preparation status to direct management and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor customer contracts and pricing agreements, and suggest the inclusion or removal of specific items.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio.
- Review and enter customer orders into the ERP system.
- Regularly monitor various customer portals to identify new RFQs or inquiries.
- Participate in weekly performance monitoring and continuous improvement meetings.
- Coordinate and hold regular meetings with customers to provide status updates on quotations, raise alerts, and propose process improvement opportunities between both companies.
- Take part in the training process for new team members.
- Propose initiatives to improve the efficiency and productivity of the process.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Upper intermediate/advanced English level, this will be evaluated.
- Experience with an ERP is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
