Talent Development Manager
Waystone Health and Human Services is seeking a Talent Development Manager to play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee capability, support leadership growth, and strengthen a culture of continuous learning. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role partners with organizational leaders and front-line supervisors to assess development needs and deliver innovative learning solutions for diverse audiences, including career development pathways and succession planning initiatives that align with our mission and core values.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on learning professional who enjoys both designing and facilitating programs and is motivated by developing talent within a mission-driven environment.
Location: 439 South Union Street Lawrence, MA 01843
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am –4:30pm
Compensation range: This is a 40-hour exempt full time position. Starting salary is $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
