POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager is a dynamic, high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–2 years in a sales, fitness, or service-based environment preferred

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with ClubReady technology: POS systems, CRM software, social media

  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-starter
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Drive studio sales by converting leads, walk-ins, and trial sessions into memberships

  • Conduct follow-up communication with prospects via phone, text, and email

  • Support local community outreach and in-studio events to generate new leads

  • Maintain knowledge of all membership packages and promotions

Customer Experience

  • Greet and check in clients, ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment

  • Educate new clients on StretchLab services, session options, and the benefits of stretching

  • Address client concerns and feedback in a professional, solutions-oriented manner

Studio Operations

  • Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure studio cleanliness and organization

  • Manage front desk operations, bookings, and point-of-sale system

  • Help train and support front desk staff as needed

  • enhance the current member experience
  • support brand efforts with social media, studio marketing
