We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and market delivery of a Media product platform focused on brand protection, strategic communications, sentiment analysis, and digital risk management.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital product management, with proven success in launching data-driven platforms. You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch to optimisation — while aligning cross-functional teams, engaging key stakeholders, and ensuring the product remains competitive and impactful in a fast-moving media environment.

1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and market demand.
• Own the full product lifecycle: concept development, planning, development, release, user adoption, performance tracking, and iteration.
• Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements and development plans.

2. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct ongoing market surveys, user research, and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and gaps in current solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies and shifts in the media analytics space to inform long-term product strategy.
• Validate new product concepts and enhancements through data, customer interviews, and testing.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead coordination between engineering, UI/UX, data science, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature grooming in Agile/SCRUM settings.
• Ensure seamless communication and understanding across teams through clear documentation and regular reviews.

5. Go-To-Market Strategy & Launch Execution

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans in coordination with marketing and commercial teams, including pricing, packaging, positioning, and rollout.
• Support product education and adoption through demos, onboarding materials, and knowledge transfer to client-facing teams.
• Monitor market response and performance post-launch to inform future enhancements.

6. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Engage regularly with internal executives, external clients, and strategic partners to gather feedback and align product development with user outcomes.
• Present product updates, roadmap progress, and feature insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted voice of the product internally and externally.

7. Compliance, Data Governance & Risk Management

• Work with legal, compliance, and governance teams to ensure the product meets privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Define controls and reporting features that support responsible data use, auditability, and content monitoring.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science / Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital product management, with strong exposure to SaaS, analytics, or platform-based products.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, user research, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience launching or scaling data-intensive or insight-driven tools.
• Experience in media intelligence, strategic communications, or risk monitoring domains.
• Familiarity with social media ecosystems, data aggregation pipelines, or sentiment analysis tools.
• Experience working with public sector clients or enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Agile / SCRUM, sprint management, backlog prioritization.
• Product Requirements Documentation, user story development, roadmap planning.
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Figma.
• Familiarity with API integrations, dashboards, and data visualization best practice.
• Experience with C, PHP, and NodeJS, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Singaporean only.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior role.
