HEALTH CARE DINING SERVICES ATTENDANT – Part-time, 16 hours/week, shifts may vary based on business needs, 7:00 am – 11:00 am, 11:00 am – 7:15 pm, or 4:00 pm – 7:15 pm, weekend shift a must. Rate of pay is $19.10 to 19.97, based on experience. Must be able to read, write and communicate well with others. Appearance must be clean and neat. Must display a cheerful, helpful, and courteous attitude at all times. Must have an attention to detail. Stands and walks most of day. Must be able to lift weights of up to 40 pounds. Assists in food preparation, service, and sanitation of the department. Provides friendly and efficient dining service to the residents in accordance with their therapeutic dietary needs for meals and snacks. Ensures compliancy with all federal, state, and local HACCP and NYS DOH food safety regulations as well as Kendal at Ithaca policies and procedures. Applications accepted until position is filled.
