WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Google YouTube and Search across 17 European countries.
• Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management.
• Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Google representatives - strategically and operationally.
• Collaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance.
• Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency.
• Evolve and oversee channel specific marketing automation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• +5 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
• +3 years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company
• Analytical mindset  - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel, SQL (not a must)
• Demonstrated experience of all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development, and ongoing optimization
• Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (ie. Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.) with focus on Google Ads
• Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights
