Overview
As a home health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program
- Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice
- Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in an inpatient, outpatient or home healthcare setting; home health industry experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
