Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service within the automotive industry is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to address technical inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
