The individual in this role plays a key part in supporting Sales and Operations. Primarily office-based, the position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and scheduling projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:
- Prepares internal reports pertaining to job status
- Review civil plan sets and convert quotes into production ready drawings using our internal CRM system
- Works closely with the project management team to prioritize and focus customer expectations
- Reviews CAD drawings for accuracy and makes corrections.
- Act as a champion for AmeriTex products
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
- Supports project management team -Managing the organization and accuracy of job related documents
EDUCATION
BS in construction management or related field preferred..
EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience in a business, construction or manufacturing environments.
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
