Job Description

About the Role

As a Game Host, you’ll work inside a modern professional broadcast studio and host live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show style games for online players.

You’ll explain the game, announce winners, interact with players, and keep each game moving with confidence and positive energy.

This is not a traditional casino floor. There are no physical players at your table and no cash handling.

What You’ll Do

• Host live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show style games on camera
• Explain game rules and announce winners
• Engage online players in a friendly and professional way
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions
• Keep each game moving smoothly and accurately
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training before hosting live games

Qualifications

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Have strong communication skills
• Bring positive energy and a professional attitude
• Can follow procedures consistently and accurately
• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Can commit to an agreed full time or part time schedule
• Are available for evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts based on your assigned schedule

Experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, coffee shops, hospitality, reception, entertainment, or another public facing role is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Michigan gaming license
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Able to work the agreed schedule

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in the upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from at least four feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally with players
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
