Job Title: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating industrial sewing machines and a strong attention to detail. This role is essential in ensuring the production of high-quality sewn products.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 330pm. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Operate industrial sewing machines to produce insulation jackets and blankets.

- Read and interpret patterns and specifications to ensure accurate sewing.

- Maintain sewing machines and perform routine maintenance as needed.

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an industrial sewing machine operator or similar role.

- Proficient in operating various types of industrial sewing machines.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.

- Ability to meet production goals.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of fabric types and sewing techniques is a plus.


Requirements

Must have previous sewing experience whether personally or professionally.
