The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking our next IT Help Desk Specialist! The IT Help Desk Specialist is the first line of support for our staff across the organization, ensuring employees have the tools and technology they need to provide critical services in our community. In this role, you’ll handle everything from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to managing active directory accounts, supporting mobile devices, and keeping our systems secure and running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where no two days look the same—you’ll work directly with end users, resolve technical challenges, and play a key role in improving IT processes. If you enjoy problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and growing your technical skills in a supportive environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact.
