Salary Range: $167617 - $207500 Per Year
Job Summary: The Supervisory Management Analyst position is in the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), Office of the Deputy Director. Join a dedicated mission-focused team supporting the Deputy Director and executive offices that work closely with agency leadership, including audit, general counsel, fair employment practices, human resources, legislative affairs, public affairs, risk management, and secretariat services.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience must demonstrate experience in ALL areas defined below: Planning and conducting analytical studies and assessments of organizations, programs, and administrative practices. Leading an independent and professional staff responsible for policy development, training, application design, and report preparation. Drafting reports, studies, policies, and internal and external communications to senior officials.
