Description
Our mission: Improving the quality of life for all North Texans through medical care, support services and advocacy.
Our vision: A healthy community.
As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Denton County, we are currently in need of a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (PNP or PA-C) who is seeking to provide exceptional patient care to a diverse population of patients and medical needs. We are currently in need of a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant that is seeking to maximize their clinical experience by providing exceptional patient care across a broad range of integrated healthcare solutions for pediatric patients. We “close the gap” by leveraging our vast resources to enable continuity of care, with a focus providing excellent primary medical care for children.
Our healthcare providers operate at the very highest level of their expertise as they provide comprehensive, team-based care in a fast-paced environment within a non-profit, community healthcare setting. Our providers love HSNT because we treat patients from all walks of life--regardless of socio-economic status--for a wide range of acute and chronic physical, mental, and social health conditions and in collaboration with a team of medical professionals.
HSNT is seeking providers that are passionate about providing care, education, and resources in a community health setting to patients and families that have very limited options for their medical needs; and those providers that are ready to embrace the challenge of maximizing their already existing knowledge base.
