About the Role:



ENT Specialty Partners (ESP) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our multi-state group. This role reports to the Head of Human Resources and will focus on frontline and executive office recruitment across our growing network.


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for finding and placing team members into jobs within the ENT Specialty Partners group. This role works with a wide range of positions—including clinical staff, operational support, executives, and entry level roles – while driving the development of strong internal pipelines and direct sourcing strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and hire qualified candidates for vacant positions across multiple states.
  • Partner with leaders to manage frontline and executive office recruitment.
  • Support the design and communication of standardized recruiting processes in a fast-growing organization.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment workflows, interviewing skills, and best practices.
  • Review resumes and CVs carefully to identify and shortlist best-fit candidates based on professional and personal credentials.
  • Research and participate in job fairs, job seminars, cold calling, referral recruiting, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, advancing candidates to hiring managers and panels as appropriate.
  • Coordinate scheduling and facilitating interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Support managers in recognizing key skills and competencies to guide final selections.
  • Collaborates with hiring manager and/or human resource staff during the offer process, identifying, and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Verify candidates’ professional experience through employment reference checks.
  • Provide timely updates to managers on interview and selection progress.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and practices.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives for job postings (company website, job boards, social media, journals, etc.).
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs, analyzing trends and patterns to improve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines to ensure future hiring needs are met effectively in-house.
  • Monitor workforce needs and anticipate future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare job market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of recruitment efforts and recommend corrective actions when goals are not met.
  • Carry out pre-employment assessments when needed.
  • Report to HR leadership on the status of interview and selection processes.
  • Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of the organization
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Qualifications


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting highly preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
  • Remote – Must Reside in TX, MD, PA, VA, DC, WV, KY, GA, NJ

    This is a remote position; however, due to state-specific employment requirements, we are only able to consider candidates who reside in the following states: TX, MD, PA, VA, DC, WV, KY, GA, NJ.

    Applicants must be currently located in one of these states to be eligible for employment.

Work Environment & Physical Expectations:

  • Full time, remote position with occasional in-office requirements at our Irving, TX office location.
  • Monday–Friday, daytime schedule; occasional after-hours meetings may be required.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, move throughout the office as needed, and perform light lifting; manual dexterity required for frequent computer and phone use.
