** Incumbent will be expected to travel to Cold Lake to attend contract meetings, site visits, and support other contract related activities as required. Anticipate approximately one trip per month **
**This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while manageing mulitiple concurrent projects. **
The Coordinator, Professional Services Contracts, manages and administers high-risk and high-value professional services contracts. The incumbent manages contract-related risks, manages multiple contracts, as required, and provides regular reports to supervisors and the Client-Partners. The incumbent manages the contract cost, scope and schedule. In addition, the incumbent monitors submissions and coordinates the review of consultant deliverables to confirm compliance with the contract. The incumbent also manages the Client-Partner relationship and consultant performance, documents key communications with consultants and keeps Client-Partner project managers apprised of contract risks and status.
