As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data processes which are pivotal to supporting our clients' journeys towards co-owning their ideal vacation homes. In this role, you will assist in managing various administrative tasks that involve data entry, organization, and analysis to ensure seamless operations within our real estate aspect. Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases related to property co-ownership transactions.
• Assist in the organization and management of property management documents and records.
• Support financial data entry, tracking expenses, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes.
• Generate reports and insights from data to help guide decision-making within the team.
• Coordinate with team members and clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Assist with preparing marketing materials for property listings and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all data processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data clerk, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is desirable.
