We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to transportation orders, client information, and vehicle inventory. As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will help ensure that logistics run smoothly, and that our clients receive timely and efficient service. Responsibilities

• Accurately enter transportation orders, customer information, and vehicle details into the company database.
• Maintain and update inventory records for motorcycles, trikes, ATVs, golf carts, Can Ams, side-by-sides, and Slingshots.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, following up on discrepancies with appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with the logistics and dispatch departments to ensure timely and efficient data flow.
• Prepare reports related to shipments, deliveries, and vehicle tracking as needed by management.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
• Support the customer service team by providing timely and accurate data for client inquiries and order tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with the transportation or trucking industry is a plus but not required.
