Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading vehicle manufacturer in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy providing exceptional customer support in German. As a member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to vehicles and services, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, features, and purchasing processes via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle models, pricing, and financing options to assist customers in their decision-making.
• Assist customers with scheduling test drives and maintenance appointments, as well as addressing any concerns they may have.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure effective service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and promotional campaigns to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
• Relocation to Greece for the duration of employment is necessary.
