Malama leverages the best of technology and people to deliver exceptional care - we build novel biometric tracking and patient engagement tools that allow skilled Care Managers to provide high-touch care navigation and coordination for pregnant and postpartum mothers that improves health outcomes for mom and baby.
We’ve raised $9.2M in funding to date and are on target to hit profitability early this year. Our mission is to improve pregnancy-related outcomes beginning with conditions that disproportionately affect historically underserved groups.
We're seeking Community Health Worker or Community Doula to use our tools and serve our members as their Maternity Care Navigators. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our providers and patients, ensuring seamless execution of our policies and care protocols. If you're passionate about improving maternal health outcomes, closing equity gaps, and want to gain invaluable experience in care coordination, startup operations, and patient success, this position is for you.
Role Responsibilities:
Malama is an equal opportunity employer. We strongly encourage applications from recent graduates, early-career advocates, Black, Indigenous, Latina/x, and other women of color, people with lived experience of pregnancy, and community members. You do not need years of experience to apply — passion, community roots, and a commitment to birth equity matter most.
