Located in a historic spot where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, 180 House spans two slots and features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. A go-to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours. 

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Central London team at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Weds – 8am – 1am

Thurs – Fri – 8am – 3am

Saturday – 9am – 3am

Sunday – 9am – 11pm

*kitchen will close earlier
