Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Junior Business Analyst experience. In this role You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
•Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. 
•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with Business analysis.
•Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst in healthcare domain (Health Plan, Member Enrollment, Benefit/ Plan Configuration, Provider Setup, Contract Setup, Billing and Payments, E2E Claim Processing, EDI Transactions, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Health Plans, COB, Accumulators)
• Proficient in understanding/ analyzing/ writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of industry tools for requirement gathering, business processing modelling, defect/ CR/ Document Control.
• Analytical and Communication skills.
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
