JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Maintains ERP system for all Material Functional areas as BOM and ship to locations.
  • Process customer releases and monitor changes to releases
  • Creates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with customer shipping and delivery schedules
  • Work closely with customers, team leaders, Quality Engineers, Logistics personnel to determine daily production requirements.
  • Identifies Customer cum inaccuracies and supplier inaccuracies as needed.
  • Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortage occurs.
  • Support new product/program launches
  • Formalizes sales and operations planning data.
  • Parameters drive inventory levels with manufacturing unit.
  • Lead improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
