The Senior Manager, Finance Order-to-Cash leads the Order Management and Accounts Receivable teams that facilitate customer orders, revenue, and billing. This position also enforces policies that are essential to risk mitigation and the integrity of financial data provided to management and ownership.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $87,986 and $115,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be hybrid-remote in our office in Tempe, Arizona.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Supervise the order management and accounts receivable teams.
- Establish procedures that support strong internal controls to mitigate mistakes and fraud risk.
- Hire and provide training to new staff.
- Ensure that receivable accounts are collected promptly.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to provide support and gather information to ensure accuracy.
- Responsible for a high degree of accuracy for all transactions performed by the department.
- Coach and mentor the team for personal and professional development.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and at least 8 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable and order management, including 5 years as a manager; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to create a high-quality, results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
