Key Responsibilities:

  • Market assigned controlled environment products in assigned geographic territory by using outstanding selling skills to exceed pre-established territory forecasts.
  • Train and partner with their corresponding Laboratory Equipment Representative to identify and close controlled environment sales opportunities.
  • Continually promote the organization's breadth of product offerings on all sales calls to achieve maximum client solution opportunities and greater sales potential
  • Develop detailed business plans for their assigned geography in order to achieve required sales growth. To be reviewed quarterly with the District Sales Manager.
  • Establish business relationship with architects, casework dealers and lab planners in order to grow our new construction opportunity pipeline.
  • Consistently update the company CRM sales funnel reports of projected bookings to assist in monthly company sales forecasting and product build plans.
  • Provide commitments of forecasted bookings on a monthly and quarterly basis and assume ownership of accuracy.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in the Life Sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of highly successful laboratory sales experience required, controlled environment desired
  • ~50% travel
  • Outstanding analytical capability and problem solving skill.
  • Self-motivated with bias for action.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communications skills.
  • Substantiated capability to effectively communicate and close business.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $75,700.00–$113,500.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
