Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Business Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This position will play a critical role in supporting our Multi-Brands Rest of Asia leaders and managers across key areas including merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for Seasonal Buying Cycles:
- Assist Buyers in preparing for seasonal buying, including data preparation, reporting and participate in seasonal planning to align product strategies with business objectives.
- Support order placement and size breakdown during seasonal buy cycles.
- Generate and analyze in-season and post-season sales reports, providing actionable insights to inform future buying strategies and enhance decision-making.
- Inventory Management and Allocation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, planning and allocation) to develop and execute effective inventory allocation plans, including stock updates and adjustment based on sales performance and store needs.
- Monitor store capacity and inventory levels, to ensure optimal stock availability, support replenishment strategies, and improve stock efficiency across channels.
- Coordinate product transitions between seasons, minimizing excess inventory through efficient Move-To-Outlet (MTO) strategies.
- Process Improvement:
- Support the continuous improvement of MCO processes and workflows.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive pricing.
- Handle ad hoc requests as needed.
You will be:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles, marketing strategies, and industry-specific knowledge.
- Fresh graduates or early career professionals are welcomed to apply
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong in analyzing complex data sets to identify key trends and insights. Experienced in developing innovative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes, in either corporate or academic context
- Communication and Interpersonal: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Adept at building and maintaining strong professional relationships, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Excel: Skilled in data analysis, creating detailed reports, and utilizing advanced functions and formulas to streamline processes.
- Word: Experienced in drafting comprehensive documentation, reports, and business correspondence.
- PowerPoint: Proficient in designing engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
