IT Asset Management Analyst providing asset administration, lifecycle, maintaining hardware inventory, and coordinating software and equipment purchases and contracts.
Responsibilities
• Handles IT asset administration and procurement related to Kaseya’s hardware, software, and service contracts.
• Maintains systems for tracking IT asset lifecycles and usage, managing inventory, and maintaining information on software licenses and service level agreements.
• Check compliance with purchasing procedures and standards.
• Source, estimate/quote new equipment (RFIs, RFPs, etc.), procure, and track new purchase requests.
• Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, and removal/decommission of devices.
Skills
• Ability to identify and prioritize activities.
• Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside of the IT organization.
• Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of asset management principles.
• Experience with ITAM lifecycle – Autotask is a plus.
Communications/Leadership
• Great oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create work relationships across multiple areas, engaging with employees daily.
• Willing to motivate, guide, and develop Team members.
Education/Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• ITAM or related field certification desirable.
