As Director of Channel Sales, EMEA , you will build and manage a team of Partner Managers to recruit, onboard, and manage JFrog channel partners within specific territories. You will mentor individuals in the team and drive the team’s performance to achieve the EMEA Channel sales target.
As a Director of Channel Sales, EMEA for JFrog you will...
- Drive channel sales for EMEA
- Build and maintain a high performance partner team
- Build methodologies, infrastructure, and best practices to help the team perform at its best and exceed expectations
- Maintain Partner Program Consistency & Governance when working with Partners and the JFrog Sales Team
- Develop Key relationships with strategic partners to grow the EMEA business
- Recruit and develop new partnerships as necessary to achieve regional quota
- Conduct regular reviews of the business with the leadership team
- Work with the EMEA marketing team to generate new leads and drive new logos in EMEA
To be a Director of Channel Sales, EMEA in JFrog you need...
- 15+ years of B2B sales and/or channel management experience from technology companies
- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
- An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Ability to create a performance and metrics-focused culture
- Channel partner and Outbound sales management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience selling into the Enterprise market
- Technically adept
