What We Offer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated LCL Operations Lead to oversee and manage the end-to-end operations for Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipments. The ideal candidate will lead LCL operational and customer service teams, ensuring seamless execution of export and import processes while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational and customer service teams for LCL export and import shipments for Indonesia and Philippines.

• Manage the end-to-end LCL shipment process, including booking, planning, execution, and post-shipment activities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for LCL shipment operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations promptly.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a global organization in the logistics industry; including 1-3 years of leadership experience

• Strong background in LCL or freight forwarding operations.

• Excellent people management skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Cargowise

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
