Job Description

You will be assisting the Group HR Information System team in the rollout and maintenance of the new cloud HR system, Workday.  

 

Responsibilities   

  • Learn about Workday and apply the skills towards the usage of Workday   

  • Learn about the ServiceNow system and assist in production support   

  • Assist in management reporting for Workday   

  • Assist in the data cleansing post-Workday implementations   

  • Participate in change management activities to increase the take-up rate of the Workday   

  • Produce captivating videos to create awareness and interest in Workday 

  • Produce captivating EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail Marketing) for the Workday events   

  • Produce byte size training videos  

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned  

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, Information Technology, or any other related disciplines  

  • Basic proficiency in video editing skills on software such as Adobe Premier Pro or Data Vinci Resolve to produce and edit videos would be a plus  

  • Basic proficiency in photography skills would be a plus 

  • Willing to learn, proactive and able to work independently 

  • Analytical and creative
