The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management across major public sector agencies. We support large-scale capital programs with a focus on quality, integrity, and technical excellence. The Asset Renewal Construction Manager serves as the owner’s representative for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), supporting multiple construction projects aimed at replacing end-of-life airport assets. This includes MEP fire and security systems, vertical/horizontal transportation, utility systems, baggage systems, and passenger boarding bridges.

*Salary Range: $210K/Year-$225K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee pre-construction and construction activities across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
  • Review TOS acquisition packages for accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft NTP letters and supplemental documents for project initiation.
  • Lead pre-construction and weekly progress meetings.
  • Coordinate with airport stakeholders (Operations, Facilities, SCC, APD, etc.).
  • Manage project scope, documentation, agreements, authorizations, and deliverables.
  • Oversee BIM, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, mock-ups, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
  • Support permitting coordination with Agencies Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
  • Enforce the LAWA Design & Construction Handbook (DCH) standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor QA/QC processes, change proposals, and monthly risk reporting.
  • Review contractor pay applications for accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Mentor and support project staff.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
  • Familiar with Project Management Information Systems.
  • Ability to work in CAD or Revit is a plus.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience (airport project experience highly preferred).
  • Experience managing $50M+ capital projects.
  • Background in Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Design/Build delivery methods.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and technical disciplines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field (required).
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Professional certifications strongly preferred: AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.
