About the role

Replo is hiring a Chief of Staff to help us scale smarter and move faster. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Strategy & BizOps Lead on high-priority initiatives across recruiting, GTM, operations, product, and whatever else needs to get done to help us win.

This is a high-ownership, high-pace operator role. Some days you’ll be helping model out pricing experiments or triaging a product launch. Other days you’ll be sourcing engineering candidates, coordinating with legal, or making sure our SF office is stocked and running smoothly. If you’re organized, data-minded, and energized by learning how a startup runs from the inside — this is for you.

We’ll give you real responsibility and real feedback. You’ll ship a lot of work. You’ll learn how a startup really operates. You’ll make us better.

What this role means for you...

  • Own and lead recruiting efforts across the company — sourcing, screening, coordinating.

  • Build and maintain lightweight financial models to help inform decision-making.

  • Partner with leadership on cross-functional projects to get them across the finish line.

  • Take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear experiments, plans, and processes.

  • Own internal ops — from improving team workflows to managing our office and vendors.

  • Jump in wherever the company needs help — ordering snacks, coordinating legal documents, or getting a launch over the line.

Looking for someone who is...

  • 1–3 years into your career — likely from startups, consulting, banking, or another fast-paced, analytical environment.

  • Comfortable building and working in spreadsheets and financial models — growth forecasting, headcount modeling, revenue projections, etc..

  • Fast learner who thrives on feedback and moving quickly.

  • Strong communicator across Slack, async docs, and live conversations.

  • Organized and able to prioritize competing projects.

  • Resourceful — you can figure things out yourself, but also know when to ask meaningful questions.

  • Technically fluent and able to communicate cross-functionally, especially with those in technical roles.

  • Experienced in conducting candidate interviews.

  • Excited about coming into the SF office 3 days/week.

Bonus points if you...

  • Have a background in a quantitative field (finance, consulting, engineering, economics, etc.).

  • Have helped cross-functionally support or run operations in a fast-moving company.

Some real-life projects you’d work on...

  • Revamping outbound recruiting process for engineering candidates.

  • Modeling and forecasting headcount needs for hiring.

  • Working with sales to engage leads on new offers and deals.

  • Analyzing internal adoption of a new customer tool.

  • Structuring product feedback from GTM calls and initiatives for the R&D team to act on.

  • Organizing and hosting team offsites.

  • Working with the success team on customer operations.

  • Building and documenting new internal collaboration workflows.

The interview loop looks like...

  1. Initial call with Autumn (30')

  2. Follow-up call with Yuxin (30')

  3. Live case study with Autumn (60')

  4. Take home exercise (60')

  5. On-site half day (lunch + meeting 2 others on the team)

  6. Offer, pending references & background check
