Your North Star
As Head of Marketing, your mission is to generate sustainable revenue growth by driving consistent demand for RoomRaccoon. The demands should fuel both new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
A Day in the Life of the Head of Marketing
Demand Generation & Growth
- Lead and execute a robust demand generation strategy to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales & Customer Success to deliver a qualified pipeline, shorten sales cycles, and expand existing accounts
- Build multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) with measurable impact on revenue growth
Brand Leadership
- Strengthen RoomRaccoon’s positioning and differentiation in global markets
- Champion the RoomRaccoon brand across all internal and external touchpoints, ensuring consistency and relevance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand and product messaging
Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing marketing team of 10+ people, fostering creativity, accountability and results
- Drive recruitment, team development and performance management
- Cultivate a data-driven culture with clear KPI’s and ROI accountability
Strategic Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Digital Marketing to align brand, demand generation and revenue goals
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer on go-to-market strategies for new and existing features
- Partner with the Leadership Team to ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to RoomRaccoon’s growth targets
Budget & Performance Management
- Own the Marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation to maximise ROI
- Continuously track, measure and optimise marketing performance across all channels
Key skills:
- Proven success in leading demand generation and brand marketing within a SaaS company, ideally beyond €10M ARR
- Experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in competitive markets
- Strong background in scaling teams and marketing programs internationally
- Track record of exceeding targets and driving team success
