Life Enrichment & Concierge Assistant en HumanGood

Spring Mill Pointe, a Life Plan Community located in Lafayette Hill, is hiring a per diem Life Enrichment & Concierge Assistant to join our team!

The primary role of the Life Enrichment & Concierge Assistant is to support the planning and coordination of engaging wellness and recreational programs that promote a vibrant, connected community for residents. In addition to enriching the daily lives of residents through activities and events, this role also provides excellent hospitality at the front desk, offering a warm and professional first impression for all visitors at HumanGood.

Pay rate: $17-19

Shift: Per diem 

A day in the life may include:

• Lead and participate in engaging activities such as arts and crafts, educational classes, games, entertainment, and off-site outings
• Coordinate and distribute a monthly activities calendar; promote, schedule, and encourage participation
• Organize, implement, and oversee wellness and recreation programs tailored to residents’ needs
• Warmly greet and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and potential residents
• Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior experience in customer service and clerical/administrative roles

• Experience planning and facilitating group activities or wellness programs (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
