Your role
• ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center emerging affluent and core affluent clients; the UBS Wealth Advice Center's 250+ Financial Advisors serve ~300,000 clients with aggregate assets of ~$20Bn
• demonstrate the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals through performance reviews and ongoing feedback
• coach and develop Financial Advisors in areas such as platform knowledge, research, tool usage, retirement planning, business excellence training, and solutions that are critical to the WAC's ability to deliver an excellent client experience
• be held accountable for driving and executing various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
• work with Senior Leadership and Financial Advisors to drive a high-performance growth culture
Detailed salary information:
• Weehawken, Seattle, San Francisco, Paramus: the salary range for this role is $120000 to $160000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.
You’ll be working as part of the leadership team managing Financial Advisors and will play a critical role in mentoring and guiding them to achieve their performance targets while delivering an excellent client experience.
Your expertise
• SIE, Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses
• ideally, 3+ years experience in a relevant role
• experience managing others or have worked in a similar position with proven success
• a strong desire to build relationships enhancing an established culture
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to think strategically and articulate thoughts in a clear and professional manner
• known for driving results and inspiring others to achieve their best
• a natural problem-solver who collaborates seamlessly with individuals and teams
• demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong drive to succeed
• able to lead and positively influence others, fostering a productive and supportive environment
