CNA Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff

• Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements as needed

• Monitor and document patient vital signs daily

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

CNA Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program (required)

• Active and clear Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice (required)
