Piedmont Crossing is a premier retirement community located in the picturesque Davidson County, North Carolina. We offer a blend of small-town charm and access to the amenities of nearby cities like Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem.

Registered Nurse-Home Care

Under the direction of a Home Care Agency Director RN, provides home care patient care activities and accommodation services in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements.  Maintains compliance with Agency policies and procedures.  

Minimal Education:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Minimal Experience:
Minimum of two years work experience as a registered nurse required.
One (1) year home care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications:
Current Nursing License.
CPR certified.
Ability to function with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills.
