Your Role

Stepping into the role you will join a team and organisation that’s actively shaping the future workforce. You’ll be at the centre of Talent Acquisition for IAG’s Corporate Portfolio, with a focus on managing recruitment across HR, Legal, Risk, and Finance. 

Operating in a new model and the recent implementation of cutting-edge technology, we’re driving skills-based hiring and reimagining our sourcing strategies. In this role, you’ll not only deliver exceptional talent aligned with our strategic goals and ambitions, but also play a key part in evolving our approach to sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement.

Success in this role hinges on building strong, trusted relationships with leaders, providing both strategic and tactical guidance and encouraging fresh thinking around recruitment. With a growth mindset, you’ll help transform the experience and raise the bar for talent acquisition across the organisation. This isn’t just about filling roles, it’s about making a real impact. This a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) & Naarm (Melbourne)

About You

You bring demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on skills-based hiring and using innovative sourcing strategies. You thrive on helping our leaders think beyond traditional hiring methods, using CRM tools to drive smarter, more effective processes. You are all about making the right connections and evolving the way we attract top talent. You have a growth mindset, you’re adaptable, flexible, and always looking for ways to innovate and improve. You’ll embrace change and be a driving force in transforming our recruitment practices. Most importantly, you’re deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that recruitment is accessible and inclusive for all.

You Are

• A strategic advisor, with a keen eye for sourcing talent based on skills and potential
• Experienced in skills-based hiring, able to build pipelines and assess candidates for their abilities, not just their qualifications
• A collaborative team player, passionate about improving recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience
• Someone who embraces change, continuously innovating and seeking ways to elevate the recruitment function
• Deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that our Talent Acquisition practices are accessible and inclusive to all
