We are hiring a Guidewire Developer to join our team remotely! Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure Guidewire applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service.
Implement and maintain Guidewire solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with software architecture and design patterns.
Work on Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting, UI, Data Model) and integrate with web services (XML, JSON).
Utilize Java/J2EE frameworks and work with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
Participate in SCRUM Agile processes and potentially act as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Manage estimation, team leading, and mentoring tasks.

Skills And Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Guidewire platform and products (PolicyCenter)
Java/Gosu development experience

Preferred Qualifications

Guidewire Certification.
Experience in the insurance domain, particularly with Property & Casualty
