Role Description:
The Client Operations Specialist is the engine behind operational excellence. This role is built for a detail-first professional who enjoys tracking down discrepancies, solving problems through process, and enabling others to succeed by managing the back-end work that can bog down strategic talent. This person is the silent force behind smooth billing, clean data, and client confidence in how we deliver.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day audits of lead delivery, billing, intake breakdowns, and campaign pacing.
- Investigate technical issues, paused accounts, and complaints — turning issues into clear resolutions.
- Prepare monthly billing packages and lead summaries for finance and client-facing teams.
- Support onboarding operations by validating technical setup (API, ACH), confirming contract details, and flagging errors before launch.
- Tag and document CRM records for all operational issues and updates.
- Own intake/lead routing flags, billing adjustments, and data hygiene across systems.
- Create and maintain SOPs for internal efficiency and client consistency.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $45,000 to $50,000
