🚀 What You’ll Do:
Be the captain of your branch, leading a team of 8+ employees to deliver WOW-worthy customer experiences.
Set and crush goals for sales, service, and operational excellence.
Support team growth with coaching, mentoring, and career development — because when your team wins, everyone wins.
Be the branch's face in the community — attend events, build relationships, and drive brand awareness.
Use your eagle eye for detail to monitor performance reports, ensure compliance, and spot opportunities to boost branch success.
Help customers and small businesses by recommending and originating financial solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborate with leadership to bring in new ideas, tools, and tech to take service and sales to the next level.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combo of education and experience).
5+ years of experience in the financial industry — with at least 3 years in a management role.
A love for people, numbers, and the challenge of balancing both.
A sharp mind for strategy with a heart for customer-centric service.
Bonus points if you have your Alaska Life Insurance License or FINRA Series 65/66.
🛠 You’re Comfortable With:
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard office tech.
Balancing multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure.
Compliance training and regulatory requirements (because we do things the right way).
