JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
The Bell Person is responsible for welcoming members and guests through the front door. They are the first impression of hospitality at the Club. As needed, they carry members' and guests' personal belongings to their overnight rooms.
Primary Functions:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while assisting with luggage and personal items to ensure a smooth arrival and departure
- Escorting members and guests to the front desk, their overnight accommodations, or other areas of the Club with grace and hospitality
- Providing courteous and timely departure assistance, helping guests to their transportation and ensuring they leave with a positive final impression
- Supporting the Front Desk and Coat Room teams as needed, contributing to a collaborative and service-oriented environment

· No previous experience required
