We are always captivated by challenge-driven people that are passionate about technology.Must have for this role

6+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
B2 English level.
Advanced knowledge of software architecture.
Ability to build projects from scratch and implement code reuse strategies (mono repositories, libraries, micro frontends, etc.).
Testing strategies (Vitest, Playwright).
Strong knowledge of software quality attributes and how to maintain them.
Implement design systems (Storybook) and styling strategies (Tailwind, CSS-in-JS).
Implement monitoring (Sentry) and analytics strategies (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Advanced React and Next.js knowledge.
Ability to write testable, readable, and maintainable code.
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, programming paradigms, and design patterns.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

Preferred for the role:

Basic knowledge of UX/UI.
Knowledge of other frameworks and libraries (Angular, Vue, etc.).

As part of the team you will

Define strategies within the team for continuous improvement of productivity and development quality.
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws governing data business.
Define architectures and effective solutions to meet business requirements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to other developers.
Plan and execute projects.
Implement the best infrastructure practices.
Negotiate delivery dates and manage expectations with clients, other teams, and teammates.
Manage client relationships.
Lead the team.
Transfer knowledge to the team or cross-functional teams.
Create and update coding style guides.
Plan career growth paths for team members.
Participate in the new candidates’ selection processes.
Other duties as assigned.
