Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurse -CDI at Memphis, TN. This is a great full-time opportunity, 36 - 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Position Overview:

The Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) RN will perform onsite Clinical Documentation Integrity Services (CDIS) for both inpatient and outpatient care. The RN will support accurate and complete medical record documentation to ensure compliance with coding, billing, and regulatory requirements, and to improve patient outcomes through documentation quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI)
• Certification in one of the following (required):

1. ACDIS (Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists)
2. AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association)
3. AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders)
