About the role

Zeta CDP+ helps marketers connect all consumer data—known and unknown—into one real-time, enhanced view that acts as a single source of truth for customer and prospect data. It empowers marketers with the insights needed to create meaningful, individualized experiences and the tools to deliver those experiences at scale.
Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how marketers interact with and derive value from the Zeta Marketing Platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, QA, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing, user experience, and building impactful products.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior product managers to define and refine product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
  • Translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy.
  • Assist in defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a product, marketing, or technical role (internships included).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for marketing technology, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools, or CRM systems.
  • Exposure to APIs, data integration, or technical product concepts.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000, depending on location and experience.
