Location: Queen Creek, AZ (In-Home Services)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $22–$25 per hour
Start Date: September 8, 2025

About the Role:
Finni Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide in-home ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in the Queen Creek, AZ area. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate both full-time and part-time availability. Some schedules may support full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes

• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to support treatment goals

• Follow all clinical protocols, ethical standards, and HIPAA regulations

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (exact hours to be determined based on client needs and candidate availability)

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Current CPR certification

• Experience in early intervention (working with children ages 2–6) (preferred)
