Your Day to Day:
- Implement Montessori principles and methods to facilitate a dynamic and child-centered learning environment.
- Assist in guiding children's activities, ensuring individualized attention and fostering independence.
- Work closely with co-lead teacher to plan and execute educational activities, including lessons, exercises, and classroom materials.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a peaceful classroom atmosphere.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children aged 1 to 6 years.
- Supervise daily routines, including meals, naptime, and outdoor play, while maintaining a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements
- Montessori Training: In progress or completed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working with children aged 0-12
- Education: May include CDA, college credits, early childhood certificates, or Montessori certification.
